AI extraction needs a review process
AI can help transfer information from incoming documents. Extracted information is not automatically correct or complete. A useful workflow also defines which fields a person checks and how exceptions are handled.
An anonymised example of the input and desired output is useful for an initial discussion. It helps identify which steps can be automated and which decisions should remain with a person.
